  • What areas do you deliver to?

    I offer delivery within 45 miles of Midland, NC — including Charlotte, Concord, Lake Norman, and surrounding areas. If your event is outside that range, no worries! I’m happy to travel for a small additional fee.

  • Can I customize my board?

    Absolutely! All boards from ACause to Graze are customizable.
    I love creating grazing experiences that reflect your preferences, theme, or dietary needs. Whether you'd like to highlight certain cheeses, skip specific meats, go heavy on fruits, or add something unique like a color theme or custom florals — I'm happy to work with you to bring your vision to life.

    Just let me know any requests during booking, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Customization is one of the ways I make each board feel personal and special

  • How far in advance should I book?

    To ensure availability, I recommend booking at least 7 days in advance, especially for larger events. However, if your date is coming up soon — feel free to reach out! I always try my best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

  • Do you accommodate allergies?

    Yes, I do my best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions — whether it’s gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian, or something else. Please note that while I can prepare boards with care, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, as some ingredients may come in contact with common allergens.

  • Is setup & cleanup included?

    Setup is always included for full grazing tables and large board deliveries! I’ll arrange everything beautifully with stands and décor to make your display event-ready.
    Cleanup is available upon request — just let me know in advance.

  • Do I need to return anything after the event?

    Yes, all serving boards, risers, and display stands provided by ACause to Graze are collected within 24–48 hours post-event. I’ll coordinate pickup with you so it’s easy and stress-free.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
    To make it extra sweet — if you book within 5 days of your quote, I’ll include a complimentary floral arrangement with your setup 💛

Policy Overview

Scheduling & Cancellations

For groups of 20+ guests, please book at least 1 week in advance.

  • For events with 50+ guests, we recommend scheduling 3 weeks in advance.

  • Cancellations within 4 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once with a minimum of 5 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery is included within 45 miles of Midland, NC. Events outside this radius may incur a travel fee.

  • Setup is included and typically requires at least 1 hour. Larger events (30+ guests) may need additional time.

  • All boards, stands, and serving items will be picked up within 24–48 hours post-event.

Client Responsibilities

Please ensure easy access to the setup area and adequate space for your grazing display.

  • Tables must support the weight and size of food displays. If you're unsure, we’re happy to advise on setup needs.

Food Safety & Disclaimers

We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  1. All products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.

  2. Perishable items should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 3 hours to ensure food safety.

Materials & Pickup

Any non-disposable items (boards, risers, stands, serving utensils) will be picked up within 24–48 hours.

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition. A $50 fee applies for any lost or damaged items.
